Seven {2016 52 week project} | Photography
{Sisters} I was really sick last week. Like, really sick. Shocking head cold. I spent most of the days lying on the lounge with one or the other girls lying on top of me. Being sick when you have kids is hard work. They don't understand why Mummy doesn't feel like doing 50 million things with them, and when they are sick themselves, the demands become outrageous! So when
Daddy arrived home from work on this day the girls were even more overjoyed than usual to see him. They are both Daddy's Girls, but when Mummy has been sick and boring all day, it's good to be able to have a muck around on the lounge with Daddy.
{Punky} How did we ever manage to produce such an amazing little person? I still can't quite believe we made her!
{Zee} This girl walks to the beat of her own drum. She's a little ray of sunshine who can transform in to storm clouds at the push of a button (or poke of the finger from her sister). She's fierce this one, oh so fierce, and while it makes for some explosive moments, I wouldn't have her any other way.
{Me} Week seven's prompt was relax. We were challenged to show what we do to relax, or what we enjoy doing while relaxing. I cheated a little bit this week, thanks to the aforementioned sickness, and ended up using an image that I shot a few weeks ago for week 3, and didn't end up using. Colouring in is how I enjoy relaxing. I struggle to sit still and not do anything while I'm watching TV, and colouring in gives me the perfect amount of movement while Dave and I watch our shows (current faves are Weeds and My Kitchen Rules).
